Service Description
Level One Reiki teaches you to safely channel Reiki energy for self-healing and for others. You’ll learn basic hand positions, develop awareness of energy and intuition, and gain practical tools to support wellbeing at home or with friends and family. This level is ideal for anyone wanting to begin a Reiki practice. Duration: 1–2 days.
