What Does “Your Body Is A Temple” Really Mean?
We only have one body for this one particular lifetime, and so it would make sense to treat it as sacred and keep it clear and free from impurities and harm! Taking care of your own body will help it stay in the optimum state of balance so that it can heal itself. The body has access to the infinite intelligence that keeps your systems and circuits running (digestion, reproduction, respiration etc) and heals a cut on your finger. If you abuse the body with toxins, stress, skeletal injuries and so on it will impair the healing.

Your immune system can also suffer and make it harder to fight off a virus. Stress often settles in the gut and you experience digestive issues, or conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome.
The body will always send you a signal once it starts to feel off kilter. We often though ignore gentle early warnings as a “niggle” untll the body shouts louder with a full blown crisis and a frightening diagnosis.
Headaches can be provoked by tension or hormonal imbalances and muscles that are on edge can cause pain and stiffness and, over time, impair your mobility.
Moderate forms of exercise are good for most but overdoing workouts can cause physical trauma on the skeletal and muscular systems. Healthly eating also means taking “everything in moderation”. Some “diets” and skipping meals can be equally as harmful as too much “junk food”. Yes, “we are what we eat” is so true.
Staying hydrated and getting adequate sleep is also essential. A constant state of overdrive can strain the heart. Self neglect makes it much harder for the parts of the body to function in harmony as they should.
The Bode Code energy healing system works on the basis that your own body knows exactly what help it needs to bring itself back to a state of homeostasis and wellness. Just as “an overnight success” comes from years of build-up, so too do our own physical conditions and symptoms.
