Everyone’s journey is unique. If you’re unsure, I can help guide you. Many clients start with the Emotion Code® to release trapped emotions, then move to Body Code® or Belief Code® if needed. Counselling or life coaching may be the best fit if you’re looking for emotional support or practical goal-setting.

Can sessions be done online?

Yes! Sessions work just as effectively over Zoom. Distance sessions use the same energy healing principles as in-person sessions, and many clients love the convenience of being in their own home.

How long is a session?

Most sessions last between 45–75 minutes depending on the method. Counselling and life coaching are usually 60 minutes.

There’s no “quick fix.” Some people feel lighter after a single Emotion Code® session, while others need several. Your subconscious and body guide how long the process takes.
